P.O.V. Film Screenings & Staff Appearances at Upcoming Events

Several P.O.V. films, including "The Camden 28" (pictured right), will be screening at a number of film festivals around the country this month. P.O.V. staffers Simon Kilmurry, Cynthia López and Anne del Castillo will be participating in panels at the South by Southwest Film Festival, the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival, the Miami International Film Festival and the National Association of Independent Latino Producers Conference.

"Ellen Kuras Master Class"

World-renowned cinematographer Ellen Kuras, ASC, (P.O.V. 2008) will join the SFIAAFF to share how she creates a film's look, meaning and emotion using light and composition. One of the American cinemas most sought-after directors of photography, Kuras has teamed with such acclaimed filmmakers as Michel Gondry, Rebecca Miller and Spike Lee.
